INTRODUCTION Vaastu is a science which deals with the creation of a harmonium energy field In a structure. It is basically a science of structure and to derive the benefits from it and to appreciate it, it is necessary to treat the subject as a pure science. In the past five years or so vaastu has become a household name in India. It is difficult to find an architect or a builder today in India who has not heard of Vaastu.Vaastu believes that there are essentially two Types of forces which are equal and opposite in nature. The interaction of there two forces is cosmic ordained and produces a third type of forces which is called ‘Bioforce’ or ‘Prana’ needed for life to exist. One type of force is subtle and fine. The other is dark and dense. We can, for safe of understanding this subject, call the fist one as ‘Positive’ and the other or ‘Negative’ “Prana’ is liberated by the interaction of the there for Forces Over the surface of the globe there forces continuously interact releasing bio-energy . When the structures is build over the surface of the earth it comes in the way of a natural interaction. Both the forces enter the structure where the interaction continues. However, the intensity of forces that enter the structure need not be the some. Depending on various factors like levels , water bodies, door placements etc. either the positive or the negative can have stronger presence. If the structure is so designed that the positive forces override the negative forces then there is a beneficial release of bio -energy which helps off the inmates to be healthy. Even after such reaction with the negative forces a positive cosmic surplus is always present is such a structure which is the supreme Being himself. In such on atmosphere our mind is calm and relaxed and the body feels healthy and strong. This atmosphere makes us think positively, makes our approaches positive and hence positive result automatically follow, Everyone coming under the influences of this atmosphere feels likewise. A family in such an atmosphere is happy family and everything in their lives goes so smoothly that we comes to the conclusion that they are blessed. If on the other hand the structure is built in such a manner that the negative forces override the positive then you have a weak bio-energy field which manifests as diseases in the occupants. The over bearing negative field makes the body tense prone to illness of our type or other. The mind is tense leading to strained relationships which forms a vicious cycle around then and aggravates all kinds of sufferings.
